Privacy Policy

BinSaeed AI ("we") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PDPL) and its implementing regulations. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it and what your rights are.
1. Data we collect
When you submit a form we collect your name and e-mail address (mandatory) and, depending on the form, your mobile number, company name, job title, sector and the content of your message or idea (optional unless the form marks them otherwise). Leaving an optional field empty only means we have less context for our reply. We also collect limited technical data (browser type, pages visited) through privacy-respecting analytics that do not use cross-site tracking cookies.
2. Purpose of processing
We use your data to respond to your requests, arrange demos and discovery sessions, send information you asked for and improve the website. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
3. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent when you submit a form, to carry out your request before contracting, or for our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website in a way that does not override your rights.
4. Service providers
We use a small number of service providers under agreements that oblige them to protect the data and use it only for our purposes: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database for enquiries), Resend (e-mail delivery) and Google Workspace (business e-mail). None of them may use your data for their own purposes.
5. Transfers outside the Kingdom
These providers currently process website-enquiry data in data centres outside the Kingdom, under contractual safeguards consistent with the Regulation on Personal Data Transfer Outside the Kingdom and limited to the minimum needed for the purpose. Customer data in the Legal and Architecture platforms will be hosted inside the Kingdom from launch, and we will move website-enquiry data to hosting inside the Kingdom at the same time and update this policy accordingly.
6. Retention
We keep contact data for no longer than 24 months from the last contact unless law or contract requires otherwise, then delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
You may access your data, request a copy of it, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent at any time and object to specific processing. Write to privacy@binsaeed.ai and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the competent authority under the Personal Data Protection Law.
8. Breach notification
If a personal data breach occurs that may cause you harm, we notify the Saudi Data & AI Authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it and inform you without undue delay, together with the steps you can take to protect yourself.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access and audit logs.
10. Updates
We may update this policy from time to time and will publish the updated version on this page with the date of the update.
